Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an L&D consultant who can be deployed on a project basis at the client’s premises, while also contributing to advisory and training projects within the broad L&D domain.

What does the job entail?

  • As an L&D consultant, you excel in understanding and comprehending the diverse needs and expectations of companies and their employees. You’ll adeptly translate theoretical frameworks and models into practical applications, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in real-world contexts.
  • You translate these needs into concrete offers and planning proposals, presenting tailored recommendations that align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • You get the opportunity to lead workshops focused on designing impactful learning journeys tailored to diverse client needs.
  • You communicate with all kinds of stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective dialogue to ensure alignment between organisational objectives and learning initiatives.
  • Embracing innovation, you integrate new L&D trends into practice, staying at the forefront of industry developments to enhance learning outcomes.
  • In addition to your consultancy role, you have the opportunity to shape the future of learning within organisations by spearheading the development and implementation of new learning strategies and policies.
  • Your project management skills will be crucial as you plan and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results.

What strengths do you have?

We are looking for a medior profile with a strong interest in learning & development with the following assets:
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French as well
  • You have (at least) 2 years of relevant work experience
  • You are an assertive and fluent communicator, feeling at ease in various situations, also when speaking in front of an audience
  • You have strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • You demonstrate resilience and perseverance in achieving goals
  • You exhibit strong judgement and decision-making skills
  • You are driven by results and committed to achieving targets and objectives
  • You have Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret and apply data effectively for informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • You are Creative and have customer-centric mindset and you love to pitch new ideas
  • You are able to deal with feedback – and act accordingly
  • You are a team player, but you are able to work autonomously
